Jennifer O'Dell BSN, RN

Lead Aesthetic Nurse & Injector
Jennifer O’Dell, a highly skilled Aesthetic RN boasts over 14 years of experience in the field. She holds a prestigious Master Injector certification from Allergan, showcasing her expertise in a wide range of neurotoxin and dermal filler products. Jennifer graduated with honors from East Carolina University’s College of Nursing in 2009 with a BSN.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jennifer is a devoted family woman. She is married to her supportive husband, Zach, and has four amazing boys.  Her compassionate care, dedication to safe practices, and commitment to patient satisfaction make her a trusted provider who always puts her patients first.

Sharon Tracy Browning, MD

Medical Director

With a career built on the foundation of family medicine and the artistry of aesthetics, Dr. Sharon Browning is dedicated to care that goes beyond the surface. Her patient-centered approach is defined by a simple goal: helping clients feel like the best version of themselves through safe, thoughtful, and effective treatments.

Dr. Browning’s journey includes owning a successful dual-specialty practice in Tennessee, where she mastered the balance between primary care and aesthetic wellness. Today, she brings that “best of both worlds” expertise to Cary, NC. Whether she is performing precise injectable treatments or overseeing clinical safety as our Medical Director, Dr. Browning’s focus remains on integrity and natural beauty. Her philosophy is simple: Aesthetics should enhance, not change, who you are. By combining her rigorous medical training with a keen eye for detail, she ensures that every patient at Oasis Medaesthetics receives balanced, professional, and transformative care.

Jennifer Morgan

Patient Services Manager / Certified Medical Aesthetic Specialist
Jennifer Morgan, also known to many as Morgan, is our practice manager, phone consultant, client services coordinator, and a certified aesthetic laser technician. She has been in the medspa and aesthetics industry over 16 years. She is a married mother of one amazing son who is currently attending college at UNC Charlotte.

Jennifer Morgan has excellent phone communication skills and can answer all questions related to med spa services and the different treatment types available. She looks forward to helping you with your aesthetic questions and concerns.
