alloClae® Body Contouring & Volume Restoration in Cary NC

What Is alloClae®?

alloClae is a structural adipose tissue allograft made from donated human adipose (fat) tissue. It is processed to retain the natural three-dimensional structure of adipose tissue and its extracellular matrix.

When placed beneath the skin in appropriate treatment areas, alloClae provides immediate localized volume, cushioning and structural support.

Unlike traditional autologous fat transfer, alloClae does not require liposuction to harvest your own fat. This may make it an option for appropriately selected patients who want to address localized volume concerns without undergoing a fat-harvesting procedure.

Why Consider alloClae?

  • Immediate volume: See an initial change in contour following treatment.
  • No fat harvesting: No liposuction is required to obtain your own fat.
  • Targeted contour refinement: Address selected areas of volume loss or contour irregularity.
  • A nonsurgical approach: Treatment does not require traditional fat-transfer surgery.
  • Personalized treatment planning: Your provider evaluates your anatomy, goals and suitability before recommending treatment.

Individual results, recovery and longevity vary.

What Areas Can alloClae Treat?

alloClae may be considered for selected body areas where adipose tissue naturally exists, depending on your anatomy and treatment goals.

Hip Dips & Hip Contouring

Soften the appearance of hip dips and create a more balanced transition between the hips and thighs.

Buttock Contouring

Enhance selected contours and address localized volume irregularities for a more balanced appearance. alloClae is not a substitute for a surgical buttock lift or a comprehensive buttock augmentation procedure.

Breast Contour & Cleavage

In appropriately selected cases, alloClae may be considered for localized contour refinement, volume irregularities or areas requiring additional cushioning and support.

Liposuction Irregularities

Explore options for addressing selected contour irregularities following liposuction or other procedures, when appropriate.

Your treatment plan will depend on the area being treated, the amount of correction desired and your individual candidacy. Not every treatment area or concern is appropriate for alloClae.

How Does alloClae® Work?

alloClae is designed to provide localized volume and support using processed donor adipose tissue.

Step 1: Personalized consultation

We discuss your concerns, review your medical history and evaluate the area you would like to improve.

Step 2: Customized treatment planning

Your provider determines whether alloClae is appropriate and discusses expected results, alternatives, costs and potential risks.

Step 3: In-office treatment

If you are a suitable candidate, the treatment is performed by a qualified provider using the appropriate clinical technique.

Step 4: Recovery and follow-up

You receive individualized aftercare instructions and guidance regarding follow-up and assessment of your results.

What to Expect

alloClae is designed to provide immediate localized volume, so you may notice a change in contour following treatment.

Your final appearance, degree of correction and the longevity of results will depend on factors such as the treatment area, amount used, individual anatomy and healing response.

Some patients may benefit from additional treatment, while others may achieve their goals with a different approach. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation.

Is alloClae Right for You?

You may be a candidate if you want to:

  • Refine selected body contours.
  • Soften the appearance of hip dips.
  • Address localized volume irregularities.
  • Restore volume or cushioning in an appropriate treatment area.
  • Explore an alternative to traditional fat transfer that does not require liposuction.

A consultation is necessary to determine whether treatment is appropriate for you.

alloClae should not be used in patients with severe allergen sensitivities, a history of anaphylaxis or an active infection at the treatment site. Other medical factors may affect your eligibility.

Is alloClae a dermal filler?

alloClae is a structural adipose tissue allograft, not a conventional synthetic dermal filler. It is designed to provide localized volume, cushioning and support in appropriate body areas.

Does alloClae require surgery?

alloClae does not require liposuction to harvest your own fat and may be administered as an in-office procedure. It is not the same as traditional surgical fat transfer.

When will I see results?

An initial change in volume may be visible immediately after treatment. The appearance of the treated area can change during recovery, so follow your provider’s instructions and recommended follow-up schedule.

How long do results last?

Longevity varies by patient, treatment area and other individual factors. Your provider can explain the available evidence and realistic expectations for your planned treatment.

Is there downtime?

Recovery varies. You may experience temporary swelling, discomfort, bruising or tenderness. Your provider will explain activity restrictions and when you can safely return to your normal routine.

Is alloClae safe?

All procedures carry potential risks. Reported complications include pain, infection, hematoma, cyst or nodule formation, skin discoloration and allergic or immune reactions, including anaphylaxis. A consultation is essential to review your medical history and determine whether treatment is appropriate
